Something like above....


Off to the right, just below thumb pictures theres a little box

(star, bubble, box w/arrow, dot-dot-dot)

Click on box w/arrow (it will say 'share this photo')

Pick BBCode (link html BBCode)

select size of photo (I used medium 640 x 480)

highlight and copy all the code you see in next line

looks something like this (I added spaces to make it invalid)
