Can I rent a covalt clan racer to drive?

Sorry, I don't think we have any extras for you. Ryan only has one and I will not have the 85 truck done in time.

Sorry to hear the bad news Greg.

Would really like to see you going down the track this spring! Can we talk you into either driving or trailering the daily driver to the race? I don't think the odds of breaking something at the track are any greater than daily driving (with a stock car). In my opinion, the odds of something happening on the street are much more.

Rooting for you!

Brian

I am not worried about being slow. I went a few rounds last year in the aspen I didnt even shift into d by the Line. It think it was in the 20's

The Volare has Loose bearings and I am sure with drag passes they would spin and I would be rebuilding another engine.

The dart is hard to race consistent. I did that for 6+ years I dont think I will be racing it again. I want to make sure It's available for carlisle... and with my luck I would have to rebuild the engine or something dumb... I just dont have time to do those unforseen things like when I was single without a family

I would like to, but That would require more work than Building an engine.

I would need the car shredder to get one out - Or a crane.

Greg have you pulled the motor apart yet to see what is really wrong with it? Don't give up on Ruster yet, you still have three weeks to get it going.

Yes I have 3 weeks.. But I have many things going on with family and work during that time so It will be tight.

Engine is out and apart.

Robbed #3 Rod Journal Of the bearing.
Crank is at Machine for Undersizing and grinding,.

I have 1 more matched rod from Molnar Tech on order..
Piston slammed into head... Have to buy another from wiseco - THats on order.

Maybe if I dont eat and sleep I can get it done.

I also have to review assembly techniques, and Vacuum Pump levels.. Something is causing rod bearings to Blow up.
