The racers on Sunday were Sam Rodney H Mark C Timothy C Ron H Dale Hamby (Ron's son) Jack E Jr Jack E III and Merle brought his car and let Zack Everhardt (my nephew) race the car on Sunday. I had a great time I'm just not a good race coordinator, but I think all went well. |

First post because of my first race. MAN, that was fun!!! To everyone at the Bristol race this past weekend, thank you for the warm welcome. You all made me feel like family. Jack, you did a great job on the race. Thank you for your work on that. Special thanks to Jack, Jack Jr., and Zack. Thank you for the help. You guys rock! /6, the most fun in drag racing. |

From what looked like a sure rainout to a great race weekend. Thanks Jack and Jack III for doing such a good job putting the race together, and going the extra mile (literally) to help me with my tow vehicle breakdown. I cant thank you both enough! It was good to have two Rookies with us: Dale and Zack I think they found out how much fun Slant 6 racing is. Also special thanks to Red for keeping the purse the same with the low car count even though he lost money. He mentioned that he may come to our Banquet to meet the racers and personally invite everyone next year. Jack is going to coordinate it with Red. The next big race is Wilkesboro I will post details soon. Ron |
