Hey Regenia!

I just called them and sizes all the way up to 6XL are available.

The costs go up by .50 cents with each upsize:

2XL + $2.00 ($22.00)
3XL + $2.50 ($22.50)
4XL + $3.00 ($23.00)
5XL + $3.50 ($23.50)
6XL + $4.00 ($24.00)

I'll go back and adjust the first post.

I touched up the order forms by adding the color names under the shirts. On the Long sleeve shirts the darker green (C) on the form is actually the black shirt. There is no dark green shirt.
