I would actually prefer not to run 3 races at Mason Dixon if Knoxville can be rescheduled. While we have done it in the past, Elmer is somewhat unpredictable. Last time we did 2 on one day he said we had to be done by 5:00PM no exceptions. We finished about 4:55 and what if we would have a championship on the line and he wouldn't let us run the last round or something. Just thinking out loud! If we would have 18 or 20 cars we would never have gotten it in. |

I agree it would be best to reschedule the race at Knoxville later and not try to put more into CC or MD. I will call Gary and ask them to proceed with that plan if everyone is in agreement. |

I towed 5 hours home, installed a short throw shifter in Chase’s SRT-4, went to the pick & pull to get a hood for CJ’s BMW, installed the hood and finished the evening by installing the 4 torque converter bolts on the Challenger (with red loc-tite). I was bummed I wasn’t able to win any round points or set a record in my quest to catch Ryan, but it was a good weekend with great friends and even some productive wrenching. Now the mad thrash begins to have three cars ready for Clay City!
