Is the Nitti Duster making the trip out to show us some 10.50s? You should have Bill Kendall and his HAMBster there. Maybe his son's as well (?) How many long roofs are gonna duke it out? Lots of 4 speeds out there. Have fun bangin' them gears! |

The best weather for the Tulsa MoPar Race. All cars ran some of their best ET's. My wagon was 4 tenths quicker than it has ever gone. The air was that good Four cars make the first round: Stan in his fabulous '62 Lancer wagon which won three awards in the car show portion of the meet. Bill multi time race winning SDRA Dragster Rusty in the always impressive '63 Dart Mark in the former slowest car at the Tulsa MoPar meet Bill wins over Mark, but it was close Rusty wins against showcar Stan Rusty wins it! I will check with the race coordinator to see why the MoKan race was cancelled. Mark |

Lancer Wagon Wrestles slow crown away from Mark! Sorry friend. Seriously with less than 10 miles on my motor and car, I just put it in drive and had a nice view of Rusty's bumper. Great hanging with some fine people and had a great time.

Awesome sauce! Thanks for the rundown and pics. Is that the Team Green crew chief's (Jeff Strahl) AMX sitting next to Rusty's (Laney's  ) Dart?It's good to have you back on the books, Stan! (Stan hasn't raced with us since 2001!  Probably in his Hyper-Pak Barracuda he sold to Will Burns a couple years ago)

Last time out for me was Mason Dixson that time we got rained out. Can't even remember the year. It was good being on the track, really miss it. Going on the Colt now, no more Mr. Nice Guy! |
