Rodney didn't know where Motor Mile was and he was planning to go to London Dragway. I told him the championship was still up for grabs. He said he may come, but not sure.

Spoke with Rodney, Brian M and others. They have work, busted Slants, etc. We might get a few surprises though!

Plaques will be finished Friday for the Saturday race. Rick is bringing awards from the M-D rainout.

Payouts will be $250 to win on each day and $100 runner up!

We are running opposite a big "No Prep" event, so the car and people watching should be pretty fun too.

All of these guys on the list are staying at the Madsen/Lael INN near Virginia Tech Campus. We will have a Lefty's Grill breakfast or two, and maybe a cookout early afternoon on Saturday?

I road tested the 34 Coupe again last night, and MAN is it more fun with the 3.91 gears. Easy to keep up with highway traffic too with the 28" tires...

Sorry, guys, but I have to bail out. One of the care givers I have for my wife, was going to stay overnight with her while I was gone. That person was taken to the ER this afternoon with a possible heart attack. I have no one to else I can get on this short notice. Sorry, and have fun.
