Jeff: I am sure we could keep track of our own eliminations/slips Friday night with the number of cars we expect to show up. I would really love to come to this, assuming I can get my work/family schedules to fly...

Charlie: Good to know. I would probably vote for London, but Crossville would be fine too. I would probably prefer to just go to Meril/Ella's and hanging out and having a party (forget the racing). I could put more effort toward getting food and people together instead of toward running a race.

BTW: We can also specify 1/8, 1000ft, 1/4 mile. Our choice.

You Probably Want 1/8 for Friday so You guys can try for 1/8 and 1/4 Mile Records in the same weekend.

Gary Brunner just called me. We can have a slant six race and birthday party for Meril on Saturday June 24th at Knoxville dragway. The track would like a decent turnout (and it would be nice for Meril)
The track has a TnT on Fri, 6-23-23
I just remembered that is probably not a good date. I'll talk to Gary and see if we can get a different date. Maybe July or Aug.
