Anyone who is interested in being any part of Slant 6 races in 2023 should definitely attend this meeting! Coming to this meeting will signal to us (who plan the races) that you are really interested to participate. If you cannot attend and want to voice your opinions, I strongly suggest you express those in this thread.

I believe the current thinking is that we will have TWO Slant 6 races this year, without points counting, but with the ability to set records.

It looks like we may have 1-2 other "reunion" events that some people may want to host but would be purely for fun and would likely just draw regional/local people. Racing may not be the main attraction, but socializing among Slant 6ers. One of these could be a 90th Birthday party for Meril Bruner in Maynardville, TN.

I am just throwing out ideas here that have been discussed online and offline...

Yes, that was correct.

I prefer to not keep moving the date around. If there is not a Strong objection I would keep that date.
I understand that not everyone can make any meeting time or date that is proposed.
