Hi
I have a 1981 Dodge D-150 Pickup, and I have re-installed the vacuum hoses. I have a Holley 1945 carburetor. I was wondering what all goes to the vacuum tree. I do not have power brakes or air conditioning, and according to the vacuum diagram on the fender, no hoses from the vacuum amplifier go to the vacuum tree. I know the cruise control goes there and also one of the ports on the carb goes to it. I had to replace the previous vacuum tree (four ports) because it broke. Any ideas on the other two smaller ports?
Thank you for any help,
David

Unused ports simply get plugged with a quality rubber vacuum cap. There were manifold trees with various numbers of ports, not all of which are necessarily used on your application. There should be a vacuum hose from the manifold to the EGR vacuum amplifier.

Thats what I thought. On all the diagrams i seen online it is . The diagram on my truck shows one hose (white stripe) goes to egr.
One hose (yellow stripe) goes to carb , and one hose (orange/red stripe) goes to side port on vacuum solenoid . just another question Dan , on the diagrams I have seen online the front port on the vacuum solenoid that sticks straight out say bleed . Does that mean cap it ,leave it alone ,or do something with it.
Thanks
Dave
