I am trying to follow the directions for setting the mixture idle on my Super Six Carter BBD carb, on my slant 66 dart.

The issue is since I have converted to the super 6, it has some limiter in the carb that keeps it from getting too rich. So I can screw the screws inward, and I can get it to stall. But I can not screw them outward to get it to stall. If I am supposed to dial it in , how do I figure out how far out they go before I should start screwing them inward??

So once I screw them inward, and I get bad sounds, how far should I back them out?? Yes I have vacuum gauge but it doesnt help with the screwing outward. no change
