I do recall those window decals proudly proclaiming the addition of the Katalyzator on several cars, BMW, VW, and others. My Chrysler had the converter but no decals. My minivan was almost identical to the North American version, except for the manual 5 speed transmission, sway bars, and a different rear hatch that allowed for a larger European license plate. Interestingly enough, when my wife wrecked it the body shop used a North American Dodge grille and emblems. That thing was very nice on the Autobahn, but a speedster it was not. Our Talbot Horizon was a great little car that gave us zero problems other than a head gasket. Of course, it was powered by a Peugeot engine so I can't fault Ma Mopar for that.
