Will a 4198s Carter carb work on a 1982 Ram 150 LB delete with a standard transmission?

4198s was after market service replacement carter carb for 1960 to 1965 225. Throttle linkage different on older carbs and no port for vacuum canister. So, not a good one for that application. got pictures?
