What size bore have you got, and where did you get pistons?

This is no problem. The Aussie-made "Endurotec" gasket is excellent up to around 12:1 and is 3.66 bore and 0.046" or so compressed. You can order them from https://www.precisionintl.com/ and the shipping is not too bad. Best to order a spare or two also.

Best,

Lou

Thank you!! I was having a hard time finding anything but stock gaskets. Any recommendation on rocker arms would be awesome. Thanks again Lou you the man. LOL

I didn't know you could bore a slant out that far.

You can't :D :D

Most racers are .100 over, some have been .130 over. At least one (In my son's garage) is 3.592" or .192 over! That is on the edge of disaster in my opinion.

The gasket is bigger than the bore by quite a bit. This is nice if you want to add bore notches for more smooth flow from the head chamber to the bore. I do this on my motors, making sure I don't grind down into where the top rings are sweeping. Biggest motor I have built is 3.504" and I use the Aussie 3.66" on everything. I bet you can get it cheaper than $80 shipped from Australia (precisionintl....).

Factory stock rocker arms are fine.

I have 3 of these on the shelf. Too bad you're so far away, but I can ship it and it will be less than international shipping.
