Lexan will scratch fairly easily. I have used it for fixed glass apps only, so far (incl side windows of racecar). Not done wshld yet either for fear of scratches. I drive my cars a lot compared to most.

There is definitely a weight savings.

My stock windshield from my' 65 Dart was 22 pounds. I believe all the 63-66 a bodies have the same front glass.

I also weighed a '66 Barracuda rear glass and it came in at 60 pounds.
