Hi all,
Been a long time and a new Slant 6 in my life.
Previous owner did some "wiring" but the deal was too good to overlook.
It's a 1986 Dodge w100 4x4 Custom. Really nice machine 77K original miles, nearly zero rust. Beautiful re-paint, done right, doors off etc.

But, they started the "lean-burn" delete, and change over to the prior year ECU but never finished. I had to flat-bed the truck home.

My previous truck was a D150 RwD from 82' wiring color codes seem to have changed. I'm looking for the color codes and locations for Ignition 1 and Ignition 2, you know "start" and "run" without, hopefully mutilating any more of the wiring.
I've been having difficulty getting it all put together and running. So, she cranks, and all accessories seem to work but no spark. They put in the ECU (which I tested to see that it was O.K.) it's well grounded etc, it has the stock coil and single pick up distributor. They added a two terminal ballast resistor which seems O.K. The four wire (fifth Green-Red not used) wiring harness seems to be O.K. continuity and so forth. I guess at this point I just need to hook up the I1 and I2 off the start / run ignition switch. I've got some info from the web, and manuals and such, but the exact info on correct wire colors is not there or I'm completely missing it somehow.

Could someone help on the correct color codes for the wires on an 86? Specifically the two ignition wires? Can they be accessed from inside the engine bay? It seems like I'm close but I really don't want to get extreme with wiring if it can be avoided!

Thanks!
