Glad to hear the trip went well, except for the pump hiccup. Nice work.

Have you considered putting your truck on a chassis dyno or a drag strip to see how the successful set of modifications does in the performance arena? I'd be very interested to see some hard numbers with related boost information for that test.

I have a lot of friends who are very interested in what you have accomplished here. Keep up the excellent work!!!

Ultimately I plan on getting some dyno runs, I am currently building a water/air intercooler that will sandwich between the bottom of blower and intake.

I have an 87 short wheelbase with a slant in it. Would love to run an upgrade like you have done. Ever consider selling the adapters needed to make this work?

Could you elaborate on the intercooler? I thought this couldn't be done with a draw through setup?

I am using a heat exchanger from an 03 cobra terminator, as well as the pump. I will be using a custom heat exchanger just below the blower , I will build a storage tank and run engine ice in the system. It will work very similar to this.

Would something like the maine 2bbl waterjacket manifold work for that? then you could make adapters for it im assuming?

Here is my heat exchanger, It fits perfectly into the bottom of the super charger and has a surface area larger than the opening of the blowers outlet.

I will plumb it to a storage tank , into the electric Cobra terminator pump, then to the larger heat exchanger in front of the radiator, then cool engine ice with go threw this and repeat the process. should drop temps and aid in detonation, might even bump up the boost!

I just happen to catch one of the videos on your truck and was blown away! Very impressive in deed. :D

By chance will you be installing a header on the truck soon? Not sure I saw one from your latest pic's.

Right now I have the truck torn completely down to the frame, in the next few months it will go through a complete upgrade.
here are a few renderings of the direction I am going. Going to call it the HellCab! It will have a Cuda style front grill and look. airbag suspension, cleaned up the rear bed rails, sides, tailgate and an aggressive stance.

here is a little update, nice thing about using the renderings is we can build and test pats and the look before cutting and grinding.

Hi all the way from South Africa. Matt I hope your build is moving along nicely.

You are one of the main reasons why I joined the forum, I have a GM M90 on its way to me from the States which should be getting to me next week.

I am wanting to go for a draw through (Wet) system similar to yours and was wondering how your setup is still running.

Also to hopefully confirm some aspects regarding running the M90 wet. Look forwarding hearing from you.

Cheers
