Does anyone have the part number for the conversion u-joint, when installing a 8 inch Ford rear into a 66 Valiant? The NAPA store in town has gone the way of McDonalds rejects. There is only one old time parts person left, and almost impossible to get him on the phone. The people I get, don't even know what I am talking about. I could find out on my own, but I am hoping someone can save me some time.

Thanks. I did the "search" thing, and got a bunch of hits on the 8 inch rear, but must have missed, that info. I knew some on here had the info.

Well, neither of those part numbers work. Took the numbers to another store, and their crossover part was wrong. Went to NAPA, and gave them the two part numbers. Had to order in. Part will not fit. Did not check any further then to see the cup diameter was too small. Will have to do some research.

Tried both the 319 and the 240-0353. The are the same joint, just a differtent mfg. I am wondering if there are different yokes, like Mopar has for the 8 3/4.
