Mag Pickup Questions..

hello all...
well on my 87Ram i'm converting to the old style electronics...well i got a wiring harness out of a Ram Charger and a dist out of a labaron...i need to know if the dist gets power or gives power when ignition is on...also i have a orange and black/blue connecting wire and on the other harness i have a pink, white (orangish), brown/gray and a solid brown...can anyone tell me which wires are the correct ones to hook my mag pickup wires into??? or how to check??

looking at ecu box with capacitor on left side and plug on right side the 2 bottom pins go to distributor.
