Power steering conversion

I have a 1982 -150 with a 225, OD 4-speed, A/C, and manual steering. I want to put power steering on my truck. If I put a power steering box on my truck, can I use a crank pulley and power steering pump from a /6 car? I am having a hard time finding a PS pump for a truck, van application, and it seems like the car pump would work fine. Thanks for the help.
