Mike Jeffries #1 qualifier after the 1st run in stock eliminator at the Mile High Nationals in Denver,over a second under the index,go Mike

Mike is in the 3rd round of the eliminator. He's been hitting the tree fairly well and the car seems to be running good. GO MIKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Talked to Mike last night. He said that after the first round of qualifying he put some weight back in the car because he tought the air was going to go away anyway. It didn't, and he would have gone faster in the second round and probably stayed #1. Sad

As a reward for going 1.04 under he will probably get reviewed at the end of the year and the combo will get get horsepower added again. Shocked

Mike went out in the $th round in a close one. The MOV was .029 for the other guy. Shocked

Also saw that Mike's buddy David Bogner won Super Stock in his SS/CS Daytona. Very Happy Very Happy
