Slant 6 Racer's Reunion / Awards Banquet!! Need Input!!

Ladies and Gentlemen,
It's time to start planning our year end awards banquet held every year in Pigeon Forge, TN.
We want this year to be more of a "Racer's Reunion" with the usual awards banquet and business meeting thrown in for good measure! I will start sending out post cards and calling any and all current and former racers/supporters/promoters that I can as soon as we set the date. 
We realize that the Killer Bees have their own banquet on the West Coast as well, but we would love to have as many of you that can attend as possible. 
Please post here which one of the dates you would like to have the Reunion/Banquet:
3-5 February
or
17-19 February
We will contact the Valley Forge Inn to start making arrangements and will post information on room rates etc very soon.
Please also let us know your intent to attend and how many rooms you'll need so we can plan accordingly.
Here's what a typical weekend usually entails:
Friday: We'll have a dinner somewhere in town, then late night hanging out and Bench Racing.
Saturday: Usually breakfast in small groups in the morning, then all meet to hangout, swap parts/stories in late morning and do banquet and awards starting around 2 PM. After banquet, most go out for dinner or hang out in the big common room, more late night Bench Racing...
Sunday: Some do breakfast/brunch and head out.
If you've never attended a race or the banquet, this is a great opportunity to meet with fellow Slant 6ers!!

Either date would be ok but I would like the weekend of the 3rd better i think. We should be there whichever one it ends up being though.
