Sounds like you have too much converter and too much gear for that motor - will likely slow you down. If GR I actually ran high 14s, then you should already be in the 13s. Have you tested the actual conv stall?

| X2 on what Lou said about the gear. A lighter car shouldn't need as much gear as a heavier car. I bet if you had the 3.91 or 4.10 gear in it that would be plenty.
