Mike I used 304 stainless steel butt weld ells there about 3/16 thick. Also the flanges are SS as is the 6 to 1 merge collector. That intake is a nice piece I traded a new set of headers for it. I love the fact it has the bosses at the end of the runners so if in the future I decide to go EFI I could.
Thanks Aaron |

Nice work, Aaron.
Could you please go through this thread from the start, and update the photo links, if you still have the pics?
Olaf

Dan O the flanges I bought of ebag there's a guy that sells them but every now and then you can find a pair of them in a auction and there Alot cheaper I think I paid around 20 bucks for stainless ones which the guy I'm referring about sells the stainless ones for around 90 bucks
The header cost me around $400 bucks to make but I'd have to say probably about 60 hours to fab up and weld it was a very time consuming task but I'd I'm very happy with how it turned out
I'm about ready to start it back up I was trying to flush the gas tank out two days ago and my fuel pump took a $#!+ on me so I had to order a new one but it should be here by the end of the week which isn't a problem it's given me some time to plumb in my water lines for the turbo and the intake also the trans to the trans cooler
I'll post some updates this weekend
