i happen to find a MINT set of front a rear bench seats out of a 76 valiant...my question is will they fit my 63 valiant?
ALSO
I have noticed when it rains a small amount of water drips from under my dash right above my left foot...this has caused a hole to rust through my drivers floor where your heel would rest below the dimmer switch. Where should i start to look?

I think you can use the front seat. You'll want to check on where the rails mount. (Gonna want all the mounting hardware.)
I've got the split bench from the Hooptie, so could measure the rail distance and so forth for you for comparison.
I'm not sure about the rear bench at all. I can measure rear as well and you can measure what you have to determine if it will swap in.
Places to look for water entering the car: Windshield wiper pivots. There is a kit available for replacing the pivot seals, and firewall gaskets.
Around the windshield gasket.
It's possible the cowl drains have plugged up, and you have rusted through somewhere. A lot of things have to come apart to deal with the cowl, the metal around the windshield, or even the metal above the windshield.
I'd tend toward the wiper pivots. Very common leak point.

The bolts for the seat rails are 47" C - C
Width of the seat is approximately 53".
Front to back, the rail bolts are a touch over 12" apart.
IIRC, the floor pan has a different shape, so you may have to make some modifications to use the late model seat rails.
Hope that helps. measuring the rear seat isn't possible today, as I don't have time to dig them out of where they are stored.

Schumacher for $11.50, 63-66 A-body.
Just a WAG, but Year one probably gets it from them.
