No slant, but turbo question

Hi, first of all im sorry to attack this board with a non slant question, but i know there's a lot of slant-turbo knowledge out there.
I've been playing with an idea of a twin turbo V8 for a while. The basic turbo techniques are pretty simple but there is few things i dont quite understand.
The engine is a carburated one. I guess the options are to line up the turbo pressure output onto the top of carburator or to cover the whole carb with a pressure box.
If i did it way or another, how on earth the carb can understand anymore the vacuum signal from the engine? Part throttle and WOT jets on a carb-throat are on the pressure side of the plates!!! Also how the fuel can flow down out of the bowls when the throats are under pressure, i cant see fuel pressure affect it since the bowl itself is not pressurized!!!? Please enlighten me and share your golden drops of turbo knowledge.

Hello I run a blow thru slant 6. When you blow down thru the carb the fuel bowls are pressurised. That is why you need to increase fuel pressure with boost. Lets say you are running 10 psi and your fuel pressure is 5psi, The fuel does not have the force to push the needle and seat open. you will need to increase the fuel pressure 5 or so psi above boost pressure to fill the bowls.

There is a pressure drop across the venturis, this drop is what draws the fuel thru the jets. It doesn't matter if you suck the air with the pistons or blow the air in with a turbo, that pressure drop still happens.
As Andrew points out, you do need to equalize the fuel bowls to the boost.

One other problem with "blow through" set-up, especially carbs. inside a sealed pressure box, is that hollow floats can crush. I had to fill some brass floats with foam to keep them from crushing under high boost.
