This is necessary fix as this sleeve forms a part for valve stem seal cap.

Get it pressed out and put new guide in. Check all other guides for wear as well.

Then valve redone and ground in. Um is the engine block in rebuilding as well? This does not make sense to do it if the engine is old.

Any thick wall guide can fix that up. You'll need to have at least that one seat redone after the new guide is in.

If you dont have anything invested in that head and you have another use it. It can be repaired by a machine shop but dont have any clue what it would cost.
