This will be a points race to replace the canceled Medford race. This will be WEST COAST ONLY POINTS RACE , as we didn't have the 7 week advance notice for the national points chase.

1-6 and 9-11 showed up.

Very Happy

I headed up and plug #5 fouled, it's now a chevy blue smoke fogger...so
another engine has to go in while I post mortem this one...

Posted a 17 on my first time trial, and tryed to get the shifting right with the new spec clutch...I ended up with a fair amount of scratch on that run which probably killed and estimated 16 sec. run. By my 3rd time trail the spec clutch didn't engage/lock up correctly and I ended up crossing the finish line with a 22.5 @47mph @ 6000 rpm(in overdrive)....once I eased up on the throttle it suddenly acted normal again...and drove fine in the pits. Confused

I think if I build another mill, I'm going to need to see their stage 3 clutch...and tell them stiffer springs in the pressure plate...or the stage 2+with an extra disc...

More will chime in later, most got clocked out in the first round of eliminations i think Fopar made it to the next round (his car was running pretty well).

Hopefully I can get things sorted out for Woodburn part 2.

I've almost got everything coming to do it, but it won't be here in time, but we might get to do some test and tune to see what happens. I've got
what Fopar calls a real "pregnant" idea...but the head won't be done in time....and I will need to order a cam.

if i get my balancer on and do a few little things to Marilyn I think I could make this one. How much are the race fee's for this one?
