First of all thanks for all the help, this site is great! From now on I will use cycledog for my name instead of Steve...seems there is always more than one Steve. Now to the point at hand. I'm taking my head in soon to have it worked over. The guy I'm taking it to comes highly reccomended, he does heads for racers all over the country so I feel confident things will be done correctly. Does MP have oversided valves for the 225 head and if so what is the PN? I found what I think are great prices at Earnhardt Dodge in Arizona, this of course considering valves for my Rotax 600 flattracker are $50.00 a pop. Also, is there anything that has to be done with the 340 springs or just put em in and go?

Well, yes and no. The part number is/was P4286785 for the 1.70" intakes, P4206786 for the 1.44" exhaust. I have heard chatter here that these have been discintinued by MP. There may still be some in the system, so check with your dealer. These have MANLEY acid etched on the stem (look all in the world like the Manley Pro-flo). If you wash out with MP, I'd give Manley a shot next.

Good hunting...
