Ok so popped the motor and trans back out the other night.
Tinkered with shift linkage for about an hour I believe i've nailed it can't get stuck shifting from 2nd to 3rd anymore and goes into gears nicely and wiggles in nuetral with no pull from other shift rods.
Finished fixing header had to cut a primary and the y pipe to fix the tweaked flanges to help seal the exhaust leaks welded back together dropped off to get ceramic coated today after work those will be done monday. Debating whether i would like to paint my intake manifold black and make the clifford letters silver, the cast alum gets to dirty. Pulled oil pan off in hopes to have a zero oil leak motor sometime in my life, try number 2 with this motor and rear seal.
Tom, Ryan, what temp stats are you guys running in your motors?

160's not to cold? I was thinking 180 since Charrlie talked me out of a 195 like stock.

| 160 is good for power. I will let it get hotter during normal driving with control of the radiator fans. |

I run a big washer with a 1/2" hole in the center. Seems to work for me. Later

Way to go Kev!! Let us see some times now. Lou I hope meet with Kev again soon as well. Will our turbo to turbo slant race be the first one in Florida? Both cars from Florida that is. That would be sweet!

Maybe i'll roll up to Charrlies and talk him into getting that drawthru setup back in a car, then there would be 3 turbo slants in Fl that I know of.
That would be awesome Lou, whats the closest races near Fl, in GA?
I'm gonna start tinkering with the carb and timing let me know Mr.twister when your coming up to sunshine dragstrip.

Kev, you don't have to talk me into doing my turbo car. Just need a little more,
1) time
2) money
3) ambition.
not necessarly in that order.
