I'll post more later. Too tired to think clearly right now. Here's an excerpt from the Clay City Thread:
I'm beat, so this will be the quick rundown. I'll fill in more details later.

We let the track do the ladder. They did a Sportsman Ladder. I won't do it again...
It was COLD and overcast all day Saturday.
Sunday was cool and clear.
I won't steal Greg's surprise on his ETs...
Surprise of the weekend was the Myers Family showing up just to visit with everyone! Charles, Jenny, Charles Jr. and Chris made the 9 hour drive just to be there with us for the day.
Ron Hamby came up with a great idea to have a Slant 6 Racer Reunion / Banquet this year!
Look for more information in a separate post soon.

Now that we know the Travelling Trophy will be going back out West this year, let's look at our Top 5 Killer Bees to see who YOU think will be our 2011 National Champion!
Here's where the Top 5 Killer Bees sit for points going into Redding this weekend:
They're all set with 5 or 6 races so far, leaving Redding open to add more points. They will all get the 1 attendance point for all of their races. This has been a good tie-breaker so far. That 1 point could make the difference in crowning the 2011 Champion!
(Richard and Andrew could be sweatin’ that one point as they win rounds at Redding…)
Wendy = 6 races (11, 1, 41, 1, 31, 41). She's won rounds at 4 races with her lowest being 11. She can replace that 11 point race with the points from Redding if she wins more than 1 round. The 10 points she replaces will be considered the "Over 4" that can be a little confusing at times.
Richard = 5 races (21, 21, 41, 1, 31). He has also won rounds at 4 races. If he wins 3 rounds or more he can replace one of those 21 point races. The 20 points he replaces (with 30 or more) will be "Over 4".
Andrew = 5 races (1, 1, 51, 11, 41). He has only won rounds at 3 races, so whatever he wins at Redding will simply be his 4th and final race to add points.
PJ = 6 races (31, 31, 31, 1, 1, 1). She waived points at Sacramento, so she officially has 6 races so far. She’s won rounds at 3 of those races so, just like Andrew, Redding will be her 4th and final race to add points.
Ceej = 6 races (41, 11, 1, 11, 1, 11). He has won rounds at 4 of his 6 races, so he can replace one of those 11 point races if he wins more than one round. The 10 points he replaces will be that "Over 4" schtuff...
Wendy Pine - 126
Richard Bjerklund - 115
Andrew Howard - 105
PJ Jesiolowski - 96
CJ Stoakes - 76
4 of the Top 5 are on the "Redding Roll Call" right now. I don't see Andrew added to the list yet. It looks like they are flirting with the potential to have a 50 point race with the car count hovering around the 16 to 17 mark. It takes 17 cars to make it a 50 point race...
Best of luck to the racers at Redding this coming weekend! We'll be anxiously awaiting the results and packing up the trophy for the trip out West.
