Slant 6 Emblems

| For a final in one of my classes this quarter, I'm designing a metal emblem (think the Jesus fish you see on giant sedans and minivans) for cars with Slant 6 engines. If it turns out good, would anyone be interested in a pair (I'm designing them for right and left sides, thinking front fender mounting) for their own car? I'll post pics once I have my first pair cut and finished up.

| I'll post a prelim. draft once i have something figured out. I'm thinking something simple that'd be easy to recognize, but only by /6 owners. Possibly something using the "Slix" term.

| Cool project. How about decals? They would be alot cheaper to produce and for us to buy. Possibly with 225, 198, 170 designations. Or 2bbl, 4bbl, Magnum designations. Maybe even have some of the decal with the reflectorized material like on the 'AAR Cuda' decal. It would be especially cool if it looked like something Mama Mopar would have come up with. Yeah, I'd be interested in something like that.

Decals are a consideration also. I can whip up a few designs and try them on you guys once this one's out the door.
I'll use an emblem (gives me an excuse to make a large riveted & welded version for my art final) for this design, but tell me what you guys think and if you've got any suggestions. It's in a large format (so I can plot it out when I go to put it on the large plate for my presentation), so you'll have to set Acrobat to fit it to your windows.

| I'd like to have one in the same style as the "273 Four Barrel" emblems, with "225" in large letters and "Turbo" under it in small ones. That way, people who just glance at it will think they're factory slant six badges. |

How 'bout 225 with "TURBO EFI" under it?

Good idea. I was going to put the emblems that say "TURBO" with "ELECTRONIC FUEL INJECTION" underneath on my car once it has that stuff. Like these:
I already have those emblems, but ones with 225 on 'em would be cool!_________________ '68 Dodge Dart 4dr Sedan

I'll keep that in mind for my next design. THX for posting the pic. It'll give me an idea of what to go after for my next design

Me too. Once the school quarter is over I'll get some designs together and do up some designs to test on you guys.
I'm definately gonna add an engine size designation to my "SLIX" logo, just for better identification.
