I'm putting together the '62 turbo Signet and was offered some Firm Feel components that were purchased for a '73 Dart. I was wondering what will work and what can be made to and what wont? I have Wilwood front discs (5 on 4 1/2) if that changes anything...

1 1/8 sway bar kit
Tubular upper control arms
1'' torsion bars
b body 5 leaf HD rear leaf w/poly bushings

If I remember correctly the rear poly bushings wont work and the sway kit might take some fabricating.
Thanks again for all the support!

Cheers,
Lob

Rear leafs and torsion bars will bolt right in.

UCAs will work only with 73-up spindles, or redrill/ream your spindle for the larger balljoints.

Sway bar is too wide and mounts differently on 73-up K-frame - no go.

Lou

Thanks Lou,

I had a feeling it was too good to be true. Maybe I can buy the deal and sell the part that wont work for my cost if any body is interested?

But that is OK, I kind of want the 1 1/4 front sway anyway.

Cheers,

I adapted at '75 sway bar my '65. I does take some cutting and welding on the K member to make it fit. All the suspension part will swap straight across except the center link, idler arm and pitman arm.

I am making an assumption that the '62 K member is the same as the '65s.
