We're mostly done with the Dart and I'm grateful for all the advice people gave me here! I'll post some pic's to sum up the project.

Did this car with my daughter over the past 6-7 months. We pulled the engine, trans, and front suspension. Tranny was burned so got another, cleaned and installed new filter and shift kit. Cleaned the engine, adjusted valves, but did not rebuild it - compression was very good. The engine had been swapped before we bought the car - it's '73 vintage. Installed HEI ignition and Weber 2 bbl carb (DGEV). Installed a '73 style front end, disc brakes, k-frame and sway bar, KYB shocks, small block torsion bars, boxed LCA's. Rebuilt steering box with 20:1 ratio worm gear. Upgraded headlamps and wired front side markers to flash as turn signals, and third brake light (thanks Daniel Stern!). Swapped rear-end to big bolt (still 7.25) with bigger drums brakes. New master cylinder and brake lines. Bolt-on MP frame connectors. Interior was in bad shape from sitting in a barn for ten years (heavy mouse infestation). Rebuilt and recovered both seats, put in new carpet and headliner. Rust treated as needed (wasn't too bad!) and repainted dash and upper door panels. We aren't doing the body for now, it looks reasonably good from 20' and our goal was safe and reliable - not a show car at this point. Again, thanks all for the help! [/img]

When you want to post the pic, hit the IMG square and the should be right after the URL then.

I cleaned up a couple of your other posts. :D

Very sweet car, you should be incredibly proud. :D

Very nice car! Engine compartment and interior are especially nice - also like the wheels.

Say, what size tires are on the front wheels on your Dart?

Wheels are 15 X 7 cop wheels, I'll get back to you on tire size (car is no longer at my house).

Front tires are 215/60R15. I put 2,000 miles on the car before giving it to my daughter and had no problems with clearance or rubbing.
