Curious.. What is the $50 pit charge for Woodburn on the schedule?? The info already covers, racer and car, camping for the weekend and such.. Can someone explain to me what this charge is? Thanks..

That is the charge for everyone except the driver, spectators pay a fee for Sat. and Sun admission.

Richard does is that just the 'general' audience or is that what they charge per person that comes in with the racers?

that's what they charge per person that comes in with the racers, over age 14, age 6-14 $5/day, under age 6 free.

Hey PJ,

Would you mind asking them if a young person with just an out of state learner's permit can race? Shocked

You and Edd don't have an extra Demon sittin' around anywhere, do ya? Laughing

The last time I asked about age of driver, was told must be 16 yrs old if I remember correctly must have valid license (not sure if learners permit will qualify) Shrug
I will call and ask.

Gotta be 16 and licensed to run at Woodburn. Looks like I'll have the Hooptie in running shape.

From Woodburns racer manual-
I have a street car. What do I need to come out and test or race?
The basic items needed to pass tech inspection for the typical street car include good tires, a battery tie-down, radiator overflow catch-can, operable neutral-safety switch, seat belts, and a valid state driver’s license or NHRA competition license is required for all participants. Don’t forget to wear long pants, shoes, and a shirt!

Looks like Chase won't be able to drive then since he will only have his learner's permit. Sad

Thanks for checking.

I will probably be there spectating unless I can get the money together to race, I will be parking the car in the pits though either way.

lets start a list
1. Seth Frassenei (?)
2.
