K-frame, v8 trans, Driveshaft, throttle linkage, exhaust, radiator, maybe torsion bars.
Depending on how much V8, rear axle.

Instead of swapping the K frame, you could get spool-type conversion mounts from Schumacher Industries- they have ones to go from /6 to small block or ones to go to big block.
