Hi folks, when I received my 2 bbl setup the manifold had a place for something to hookup that is open so I am wondering what went in there and what the repercussions are of plugging it and if no problem what size plug would work?
Thankful for some sun in Seattle area this week!
Thanks
John

Where is this fitting you are talking about? Is it on the #6 intake runner or is it on the side of the manifold below where the carb mounts? The hole in the #6 runner is the tap for the vacuum tree. If you have no vacuum operated accessories, plug it up. Otherwise, use the vacuum tree that is one the original 63 single barrel manifold. If you are talking about the hole on the side of the intake below the carb mount, that is a hole for the EGR valve. Use some aluminum or a piece of iron stock to make a plate to cover the hole and you will be set.
