You can only delete / edit a post under your user name.
You must be logged in.
Use the little box icon with an "X" in it. It should be a small button on the top right of the post.
Another way is to edit a post to take out the text and then change the subject line to "Delete" and at that point a moderator will come along and clear out the post.
