It will be too heavy to ship by USPS, so UPS or FedEx. If its still dirty and greasy, put it inside a garbage bag and then roll it up in a piece of cardboard and then make a cardboard box to fit it into if you can't find one pre-made the size you need. The shipping weight can make it expensive to ship, so expect it to easily be over a $1/per pound or more.

Greyhound just wrap it up good in cardboard and find a way to protect the valve springs and retainers. they will ship it station to station your buyer can pick it up on the other end.

I shipped one years ago by UPS ground. I wrapped it up in cardboard and packing tape. The cost was surprisingly reasonable. But that was probably 8 or 9 years ago now.

Jon, I had Ryan ship one from Pa out to Mike Jeffrey in the mid-west by Fed-ex ground and it was less than $50. Ryan ships for his business every day and he says that Fed-ex is almost always cheaper than UPS.

Greyhound can be cheap, but only if there is a terminal close to or in the city your shipping it to.
