Saw on Moparts that Josh King has taken over the event at Clay City and it is now a Monster Mopar event. I think Josh does a decent job, this could be a good thing.

I was also thinking it might be a good thing, until I looked at the slant car on the race flyer. Hope that flyer was done before he took over the race promotion.

Slantzilla, I'm kidding about the flyer.

Mark

Sounds like good news to me. Maybe the attendance will be up from previous years??

Looking forward to it,

Lou

I havn't been to Clay City in many years, and still won't be able to make it.
However, I am sending my Valiant up with another driver. Steven Adams drove my Valiant at Mason-Dixon in 2012, and will be taking my place in Slant Six racing.

Shane is putting up a pretty generous purse for Slant 6 as well.

Sure wish I could come to Clay City! I just can't make another long haul this year. Maybe next year? I hope your attendance is way up too! :D

Who all else is going to Clay City? We need to have a little bit of excitement here!!

Ryan and Whitney will be there after their vacation trip this week. Hopefully the Duster can bring home a win!

Rick

Good luck everyone. I suspect the record runs and personal bests will be fewer this year due to the anticipated high tempsbof 91 degrees all weekend.

I will be attending a local race close to home as i had not had ruster out since i returned from knoxville.

All the best!

Greg
