Lou, how long does it take you to get there? I can't come this year; maybe next!

Joe,

Takes me about 7-7.5 hrs to get up there. It's usually the biggest turnout, so it's worth the trip.

Al, see you soon.

Lou

Al, it was great hanging out with you!

Weird as it sounds, I had more fun watching my car run, hanging at Pizza Hut, and helping Mike change transmissions than I did racing my own car.

You just missed it. Go to the www.slantsix.org front page and click on Racing and it has the full schedule.

Valdar,

You might consider going to N. Wilkesboro, NC for the race on 8/21. There'll be a big turnout there as well (I'll be bringing two cars to run myself), and maybe it's not too far away from you. Biggest payouts of the year too.

I would love to go but, it is to far of a drive for me right now. Clay City is only an hour away and I was going to take my car up there to sell, since I have had no luck through the internet, Again thank you for the invite.
