69 Dart 225. Ran at M.A.T.S 2006, drove on street
couple years, then other stuff took over.
Since u never lose the Slant bug, I need some advice.
What is the socket size to put on a breaker bar to slowly
rotate the engine ?
Car has 390 Holley so I’ll need new gaskets.
Plan in the future is to put Marvel Mystery Oil down
the spark plug holes and let it sit a few days before
slowly rotating. Any other tips greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
imnoisydart

Avoid the temptation to just wail on it with the starter once you break it free with the breaker bar. That could shatter the rings and bend pushrods. I've done this a few times and the marvel mystery oil is a good idea, but make sure you spin it over a few times with the spark plugs out to squirt any leftover MMO out before trying to start. Also, watch the valvetrain to make sure everything is moving.
