I acquired a '70 D100 with a slant six running a stock intake and a Carter BBS.

The previous owner installed headers on this engine and tossed out some of the miscellaneous engine brackets. Working to get everything working properly.

Is anyone running an electric choke with headers?
If so, did you fab up your own bracket to mount the electric choke?

If someone can point me in the right direction, that would be great.

The electric choke is linked in this thread https://www.slantsix.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12996
I'm guessing you will have to fabricate up your own bracket and mount it to one of the manifold bolts

I did this one time with a set of headers, but it did not have the electric choke, was still the oe thermostatic spring type.

I made a pocket and welded it to the #5 tube so that it would sit and function like it was in a manifold.

Pretty slick! When I went to my 2 barrel carb I just did a manual cable choke. The only thing I don't like is the Stromberg WW3 carb raises the idle speed too high when I pull the choke. I may see if I can bend the lever to change it because there is no other way to adjust it that I see.
