I believe I have found a source for the R/S Series and '60-'62 A body Cowl Drain Flaps.
The 62 year old rubbers on my Valiant Wagon were toast.

I bought a set of 2 but they have yet to arrive. I Took a chance knowing that 'ol Ma MoPar will recycle parts from the bin especially into truck lines sometimes.
I am not sure if they are available elsewhere.

I just verified the part # in my '62 Master parts book as MoPar # 1810565 which is listed for 1962 V/L as the cowl Drain flap so I think it will be a successful interchange.

DMT has them Here

I got mine from Gary Goers years ago, he has closed up shop.

Do you want or need a couple of front inner fender rubber splash shields?
I got a set of those but never used them.

Confirmed. Used one in my '62 Lancer.

Thanks Dan!

I am getting my grubby mitts on most everything firewall & engine compartment related now on my '62 wagon. It's been a big snowball rolling downhill!

Here is who bought out Gary Goers https://quirey-quality-design-co.business.site/

I have not tried them, but they bought out his inventory.

Having recently dealt with Quirey, I can describe them as hit/miss. You'll need to be patient; return emails can take a few days and orders won't necessarily be shipped immediately. Also, some of the moulds for parts Gary Goers used to make are broken or missing—those parts aren't available—and some others aren't available in the varieties they used to be. For example, the throttle rod bushing at the carburetor (pre-'67 A-body; pre-'62 B-body) is black, not green, and the vintage Mopar floor mats are now available only in black. But prices are reasonable and quality is good on what they can provide.
