I found a cam and tappet set, can one of you engine guys interpret what this cam will be like in my engine? Mopar Performance cam and tappett package,part # P4529340 . Specs on the box: Mild competition,Hydraulic lift.398 ; Overlap 24 ; Duration 240 ; Centerline 106 My car is a mild daily driver, 2bbl carb/super six setup, single exhaust.

That cam is essentially stock and will work fine with your car and engine combo. If you have a solid-lifter engine, you will need some mods (like an 80-up head) to run the hydro cam. Personally, I wouldn't bother.
