My horn relay went south. Woken up a 3:30 in the morning with the sound of my double horns blowing away. Anyway, I can't find a replacement. None of the local parts stores have one or can order one. Rockauto have none. I ordered one from PartsAmerica, but they came back with an email saying the part is not available. I may try Pic-N-Pull this weekend, but older mopars are not appearing so much anymore.

Will Napa part #HR143SB work? It only has three prongs and mine is a 4 prong, but I don't have the key buzzer plugged in anyway. I don't know much about electrical. Are there ratings of amps or volts or something I have to be careful about?

Any normally-open relay of suitable current capacity will work. Horns draw about 10A apiece, so you'd want a relay rated for at least 25A. The original relay for your car had the buzzer built in; obviously, this function is nonessential. The relay you pointed to could be made to work, but buy the HR143 version, not the Chinese "economy line" HR143SB. You'd probably have an easier time using the HR144 instead.
