I just came about this .... http://www.alldata.com/TSB/46/714635BL.html

Anyone have an idea what those are about? That no forward movment bit sounds scary. I wonder what the local mopar dealer would say if I drove in my duster and asked em to do those updates.

Technical Service bulletins, Issued to dealers for corrective action based upon customer/dealer complaints or revised/mandatory/safety regulations to correct defects that may pose injury or death to said vehicle owners and others. That technical enough? As for taking your Duster in for a look see, first you have to explain what a Duster is :!: ...Dave

I know what a TSB is, I was curious about what went commonly wrong in a 904 so it wouldn't move forward.

Holy crap!!!

Yesterday I bought a 99 intrepid (2.7L, no slant six in this one  ). Anyway, today I checked for recalls on that same site and there are two safety recalls, one emissions recall and a whack of service bulletins (87  ). If I take this in to the dealership will they go over it and fix it all, no questions asked, or do they just fix it if it becomes a problem?

It has probably already been done, but your dealer can check the VIN to find out for sure. If not, they will fix it without question.
