Mike finished his season with a runner up at the Kearney National Openn a couple weeks ago.

He also won the Diviion 5 Aeromotive Low Qualifier award for the season by consistently qualifying in the Top 10 all years. No easy feat in a division full of Drag Paks, Cobra Jets and Charlie Blossom's turbo PT.

Mike also finished 11th in Div. 5 points and in the top 100 in National points.

He also ran fast enough that Uncle Wally may be sending him sone horsepower for Christmas. :(

Divisional and National level NHRA drag racing is a cut above what most of us can aspire to. Mike has to carry the torch for slant 6s in that venue and what a job he does!!! Who would have ever thought you would see a super 6 at the top of the qualifying sheets!
