Today I installed my Carter 2681 carb and my CU 1232 electric choke. This carb doesn't have a place to hook up my charcoal cannister. What's my options???

I don't think your carb is a № 2681—that number is for a Carter BB single-barrel carb used on Flathead-6 engines in '57-'59 trucks. You might have found "2681" on the carb's main body casting, but that's not the carb number, which is on a small aluminum tag attached to one of the screws holding the carburetor together. Can you show us the carburetor you installed, with clear pics and maybe a link to where you bought it so it can be correctly identified?
