I put on a Grant steering wheel. The horn was making contact all the time, so I unplugged the horns under the hood. I could still hear a noise like the sound of a blinker. Now that I got the wheel back off, I can't get the horns to work. I jump the conection, but they don't honk. I checked my fuses, but there isn't one for the horn and none of them are blown either.
Is there something under the dash that could have blown out?
Thanks for any help.

Check your horn relay. When I put my Grant steering wheel on I had the same problem and it was because I forgot to put the spring in the cap that keeps it from making contact until you hit it. Also make sure that the plate part that the wire hooks into is firmly locked into the cap.
